Delete App Data
want us to delete your vocab app account?
If you would like Knowsys to delete your data in the Vocabulary Games by Knowsys app, you have 3 easy options:
1. In the App itself, go to the Main Menu. The last option is Delete Account. This will ask you if you want to “Log Out and Delete All Personal Information?” If you select “Yes,” all of your personal data will be deleted.
2. Send an email below with the subject “Delete My App Account” to info@myknowsys.com. In the email, include the name and the email address that is associated with the app account that you wish to delete.
3. Complete the form below with the subject “Delete My App Account.” In the message box, include the name and the email address that is associated with the app account that you wish to delete.
