The Baylor Talent Identification Program

The Baylor Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development launched its Talent Identification Program in the Fall of 2021.

To qualify for recognition as a Baylor TIP Scholar, students must take either the Knowsys IAR 7+ or the IAR 4-6 exam. For more information on the two exams, see below.

For more information and to register to participate in the Baylor TIP program, visit the Baylor TIP page.

Baylor TIP will use . . . the Indicator of Academic Readiness [Exam]. The Center has partnered with Knowsys Educational Services, a testing company with offices in the U.S. and Europe and significant experience in test-preparation courses. The partnership is exclusive to Baylor, and it allows Baylor to offer tests with a similar profile to standard college admission tests. Through the Knowsys partnership, Baylor faculty experts can continue to analyze individual test items to evaluate levels of difficulty or discrimination, and revise test items to continually improve the psychometrics of the assessments.
